International shipments must be accompanied by a a Commercial Invoice showing an itemized list of goods, inlcuding serial numbers and the values of the cargo being shipped. For your convenience, we have created a format that you may use for most of your shipping needs. Please download the sample invoice form if you would like guidance in completing the Commercial Invoice.

In order to assure that your cargo is labeled properly and visible by our on-site personnel, please use these shipping labels. Fill in the appropriate information and print out as many as you need. The labels may be affixed directly to your cargo.

If you require insurance coverage of your cargo through IET, plese download this form. Return the completed and signed form to: IET fax: 212.751.8283 and mail the original form to us. Please note that IET does not insure any shipment without this form.

Form 3311 is used to exempt the shipper from paying duties/taxes on cargo returning from an international trade show.

Sample Manufacturer's Affidavit Back to Top
 
Description

The Manufacturer's Affidavit form is necessary for shippers who are the actual manufacturer of their product (manufactured in U.S. only) and are returning their cargo from an international trade show. This affidavit is used in conjuction with Form 3311 to exempt the shipper from paying duties and taxes on the return. This affidavit must be printed on your corporate letterhead.

Declaration Form for Temporary Import Exhibits - China Only Back to Top
 
Description

The Declaration Form for Temporary Import Exhibits is used exclusively for exhibition shipments to China. It acts as your invoice for Customs purposes. International shipments entering China must be accompanied by this form, which shows an itemized list of goods, inlcuding the values of the cargo being shipped.
