Planning and Preparation

IET specializes in ongoing planning and preparation with full logistics support. We provide everything you need to know about packing, crating, pick-up arrangements, consolidation centers, costs, deadline dates, required export documentation, mode of transport, and insurance protection. Inland Freight Arrangements

IET offers convenient pick-up of your exhibition cargo directly from your facility or designated pick-up location. And IET handles all inland freight arrangements for you.
Cargo Consolidation at All Major US Seaports/Airports

IET has cargo consolidation centers located at all major seaports and airports throughout the USA.
Ocean and Airfreight Arrangements

IET makes all ocean and airfreight arrangements to your final destination at the showsite. Our service features timely scheduling, optimum routing, and smooth, seamless transfers of your cargo.
Speedy Customs Clearance

IET's multilingual freight forwarding specialists are completely conversant with international customs. Our specially designed commercial invoice/packing list form enables agents to clear your exhibit as quickly as possible.
On-Carriage to Showgrounds by Direct Carrier

IET provides you with direct transportation to the exhibition site. As soon as your cargo is released from port-of-entry customs, it is immediately made ready for shipment to the show site via inland truck.

Unloading at Showgrounds and Delivery to Your Booth

IET makes arrangements to unload your cargo at the showground and deliver it directly to your booth, ready for set-up.
On-Site Assistance

IET provides you with on-site assistance from our skilled operations specialists. We're ready to assist you at any phase of set-up, showtime, or teardown.
Storage Arrangements

IET will store any cargo which you may not need at a certain time at your booth. All crates, boxes, and other packages will be removed after unpacking, warehoused, and returned to you after the end of the tradeshow, providing the proper return shipping labels.
Return and On-Forwarding

IET provides you with personalized return and on-forwarding arrangements. Whether your exhibition is to be returned to point-of-origin, sold, or shipped to another location, we make all of the necessary arrangements.
